At Urbano Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
